Sandy Creek Airpark Governing Documents
The Sandy Creek Airpark Owners Association (HOA) has the following three documents which currently establish the HOA. There are other documents but these are the governing documents as specified in the 2021 revitalization.
- Articles of Incorporation
- Bylaws of the Corporation
- Declaration of Covenants, Conditions And Restrictions (CCR)
The CCR document is most important as it contains the foundational and legally binding rules that dictate how a community’s properties can be used, maintained, and governed. They will be referenced throughout this website.
Property owners are also encouraged to become familiar with Florida HOA Law as all rights, responsibilities, privileges, and remedies available to members of Florida homeowners' associations start with that statute. Both the governing documents and the HOA law will be referenced throughout this website, so becoming familiar with them will help to understand the information within this website.
